Ascension works with many service providers to offer help and hope to people in St. Louis Park. Here are a few:

Sojourner's Project

Sojourner's is a shelter for abused women and their children.

STEP

STEP is the local foodshelf offering more than food to residents of St. Louis Park.
Ascension had a neighborhood food drive every July.

Dinner At Your Door

Ascension has a history of delivering meals to shut-ins through this community service.

NA Group

A Narcotics Anonymous group meets at Ascension to help those who struggle with addiction

AA

Ascension is home to 2 Alcoholic Anonymous groups.
A women's group and Friday Night Hope Group.

Local School Ministry

Ascension works with school counselors to provide help for children and families.

Metro Hope Ministries

This organization works with men who have chemical dependency issues.

Children First

This organization promotes asset development in children. Through its efforts, St. Louis Park has been named one of the top 100 cities for children in the US.

Wayside

This organization works with women with chemical dependency issues through treatment and a housing program.
